Patio and pergola roofs, whether Colorbond, Laserlite or polycarbonate, are usually low pitched. That makes them less forgiving than the main roof. A small mistake in the gutter or flashing turns into a drip right where you sit.
Where patio roofs leak
- At the connection to the house gutter or fascia
- Through blocked or undersized patio gutters
- At screws and laps on old or brittle sheeting
Laserlite and polycarbonate
Clear sheeting lets light through but goes brittle over time, especially on the north and west sides. We can replace tired sheets and fix the gutter and flashing while we're there. One customer recently had new Laserlite and gutters installed in the same visit.

A pergola gutter that leaks onto your outdoor table is a common call-out. A customer in Epping told us we fixed a pergola gutter that, in their words, no one else could.
